January 14th – heart cookies for Valentine’s Day, because we all need a little love right now. I also enjoyed a class field-trip to the Bronx Documentary Center, where we got to see the current exhibit “Whose Streets? Our Streets!” a collection of activist images from New York City in the 1980s and 1990s.

January 15th – After hauling 50 pounds of dog food home from work in a backpack, I ended a busy day having dinner with friends.

January 19th – Today was beautiful. In February. Breakfast at Russ & Daughters, a walk through the Lower East Side and lounging in Central Park. A pretty perfect NYC day.
